BALL BEARINGS

When most people think of bearings, they think of tractor supply ball bearings. That’s no surprise. Many consumer products have them — home appliances, office equipment, toys, electronics, even furniture. But in farming and construction, countless parts have them, too.

At New Holland, you’ll find high-quality, OEM-approved ball bearings and accessories for your farm and construction machines — and many other applications besides. Protect your high-performance equipment, and ensure peak performance, with New Holland ball bearings.

They’re Everywhere

Part of what makes ball bearings so common is their simple, cost-effective design. But part of it is their effectiveness. They do an important job extremely well.

Ball bearings are a type of rolling bearing (or rolling-element bearing) with balls for rolling elements. Intuitively, the use of balls makes sense because their roundness greatly reduces contact between surfaces. Less contact means less friction, which allows tractor supply ball bearings to operate at high speeds. But it also means that, all things equal, ball bearings have less load-bearing capacity than other rolling bearings.

Specialized, application-specific ball bearings are in wide use in farm and construction equipment. From heavy-duty machinery to everyday tools, if it has moving parts, it’s likely to have ball bearings.

Original Quality, Lasting Performance

Designed in partnership with our engineers and trusted suppliers, genuine New Holland ball bearings and bushings meet the heavy-duty demands of today’s farm and construction equipment, guaranteeing optimal performance and service life. With our premium bearings and bushings, you get:

  • Significant axial and/or radial load
  • High rotational speed
  • Tight manufacturing tolerances
  • High-quality components

The part for the job keeps you productive and saves you money in the long run. Lower quality substitutes do the opposite:

  • Imperfections in fit or machining may damage other parts
  • Poor or insufficient lubrication may cause premature wear
  • Unsuitable grades of steel may increase the risk of breakage

Avoid unnecessary repairs and downtime. Get OEM-quality bearings and bushings at New Holland.

Maintenance Tips

  • Handle bearings with care to protect them from shocks, dirt, and dust
  • Always use suitable tools when installing bearings
