Keep your equipment in top condition this winter so your machines are field-ready next spring. It all starts with a post-season equipment inspection from your local participating Case IH dealer. Bring in your machines for routine maintenance, harvest-boosting updates and critical repairs to protect your investment and ensure your equipment runs at peak condition when you need it most.

Proven results from factory-trained technicians

As certified product experts, Case IH technicians know how to uncover, assess and solve problems that might otherwise go unnoticed, and that’s just the start. Equipment inspections from your Case IH dealer also:

  • Provide Peace of Mind: Every genuine Case IH and remanufactured part comes with warranty protection when properly installed by a factory-trained technician.
  • Minimize Downtime: It might not be difficult to spot a major equipment issue such as a worn belt or a broken chain, but technicians are trained to look past obvious fixes and spot possible issues before they become a problem.
  • Improve Productivity: By investing in a proactive approach to maintenance inspections, service technicians can help you prevent or eliminate costly downtime by diagnosing and solving issues before they become a problem. Your dealer also can spot opportunities to upgrade your equipment, which will improve your overall uptime and productivity.
A certified checklist

Unlike other dealers or third-party mechanics, Case IH technicians use Certified Maintenance Inspection checklists to ensure each inspection is thorough and nothing gets overlooked. Here are just some of the things covered through an annual inspection by a Case IH technician:

  • Engine Inspection: Intake systems, belts, fuel tanks, filters, accelerators and more are checked to ensure your equipment engines run smoothly.
  • Fluid Analysis: Engine, transmission oil and coolant are all submitted for testing and analysis to determine machine health.
  • Electrical Inspection: Batteries, starting switches, alternators and electrical connections are cleaned, cleared and checked for proper conduction.
  • Hydraulic Maintenance: Hydraulic filters, lines and hoses, cylinders, valves and more are checked, plus a hydraulic flow test is conducted to ensure proper pressure, flow and temperature.
  • Cab & Safety Inspection: Brakes, in-cab software, shields, guards, reflectors, fuses, field lights and error codes are assessed and maintained.
An equipment inspection allows your Case IH dealer to focus on your equipment so you can focus on what matters most—growing your operation. Contact your local participating Case IH dealer to schedule an equipment inspection today!
